Saturation
A point of no return at which the mind can no longer bear any more suffering; it makes it possible to break through the belief system, begin a conscious process of spiritual development, and make way for inner peace.

To achieve efficiency, we only need to stop resisting the perfect order of the Universe; mental inefficiency is necessary to discover, through saturation, that the Laws of the Universe exist.
But eventually they realize that it is a futile effort and that it is governed by the Law of Saturation: when someone becomes saturated with fighting and aggression, they feel that this is not the way and look for the true path.
