Suffering
A feeling (in the mind) in response to something it cannot accept. Physical pain can exist without mental suffering—in which case vital energy does not drop—and suffering can exist without pain, in which case vital energy does drop. Suffering is based on not accepting something that has already happened in our lives.

When we notice that suffering is disappearing, that inner peace is becoming unshakable, and that our capacity to create, act, love, and serve is expressed without any condition or restriction, it means we have attained wisdom.
Everything that brings suffering, anguish, pain, or illness does so because we are going against the Laws, and through that I will come to recognize them.
Non-acceptance is the only cause of suffering; we must stop resisting reality.
