A businessman of Spanish origin who has spent 18 years of his professional life in the United States and the United Kingdom, where he founded several successful companies in the finance, hospitality, food, and consulting sectors.
He began his career as a financial advisor to business families, which allowed him to develop a comprehensive view of the dynamics that make up the world of business, the company, the family, and, ultimately, the individual as the central axis.
In 2012, Ignacio decided to step out of his comfort zone and moved to London to make a life change. Currently, his main focus is deepening his knowledge of what is known as the “new paradigm of life and business,” advising various companies and individuals as a consultant and as an executive and life coach.
Ignacio’s vision is to bring and share greater consciousness of this new paradigm with leaders around the world so that, together, we can create healthier business, social, and life cultures with greater work-life balance, reducing the stress levels that our current model of “happiness” generates for us, directly or indirectly, through our belief system.
In the early stages of development, this new approach is part of leadership and training programs for leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives at major private and public companies. In addition, some well-known business schools and universities in Europe and the USA are already working to include this valuable learning in their academic curricula.
Ignacio holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami, USA. He is a certified NLP Coach from the Higher Academy of Advanced Sciences and Mentoring, LDT, in London, UK. In 2014, he completed the certification for the well-known international program “Coaching for Leadership” at the Tavistock Institute in London. He also holds an Honor Code Certificate for the “Happiness Course” from the University of California, Berkeley, USA, and is a Reiki III practitioner.
Ignacio is a pioneer of the “Running Coach.”
