We process only the data you voluntarily provide to us through the forms on the website (contact, registration for training activities, and submission of experiences) or by email: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message or account of your experience.
In addition, the hosting provider automatically logs a minimum of technical data (IP address, date and time of access, browser) needed to serve the site and keep it secure.
We do not request special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include them in your messages.

| Publish experiences and testimonials anonymously | Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) | Until you withdraw your consent |
| Send information about the Foundation's activities, if you have requested it | Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) | Until you unsubscribe |
| To operate the website and maintain its security (technical data) | Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) | According to the hosting provider's retention periods |
No automated decisions are made, and no profiles are created using your data.
Your data is not shared with third parties, unless required by law. To provide our service, we rely on technology providers that act as data processors, with whom we have signed the safeguards required by the GDPR: web hosting and the receipt of contact and experience forms (Netlify, Inc.). Messages sent via the forms are stored on that service and forwarded to the Foundation's email address.
Some of these providers are located in the United States. International data transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
To find out how many people visit the site and which pages they view, we use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU), an analytics service that does not use cookies or store personal data: it does not record full IP addresses or identify visitors, and all data is anonymous and aggregated.
YouTube videos embedded on the site are served by Google; their use of data is explained in the Cookie Policy.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time, and you may also withdraw your consent, without this affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out beforehand.
To do so, please email us at info@desarrolloconsciencia.org or write to us at Diego de León, 25, ground floor, right, 28006 Madrid, Spain, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing proof of your identity.
If you believe that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Children under 14 need the consent of their parents or guardians to provide us with personal data (Art. 7 LOPDGDD).
The Foundation applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in regulations or on the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
