Spirituality
The “science” of the human spirit (soul) and the ability to handle situations without losing peace, happiness, or an attitude of service. Living it brings an increase in understanding that opens you to a higher state of consciousness. It means anchoring yourself in the whole rather than in individuality. Spirituality is a profound mental understanding.
