Unfeeling
A person who does not care about the suffering of others, is unable to identify with their needs, and does not suffer for them; in reality, their own life is full of suffering.

Not suffering over anything means that you are looking at life from a place of understanding, and the ego begins to say, “You’re becoming bad, insensitive.
In the realm of relationships, this behavior is basically insensitive to the needs of others: the individual is concerned only with himself or herself, so we interpret it as selfish.
