Below, we will list some of the false beliefs that exist in our minds—beliefs that lead us to rebel and generate negative, self-destructive feelings, such as grudges, resentment, a desire for revenge, hatred, low self-esteem, insecurity, etc.
To free ourselves from conflict and stop being part of the vicious circle of hatred, revenge, grudges, resentment, and blame, we need to understand that truth has nothing to do with beliefs.
False beliefs lead us into conflict and generate negative, self-destructive feelings—such as bitterness, resentment, a desire for revenge, hatred, low self-esteem, insecurity, or a sense of incapacity—which, when they manifest physically, destroy all processes of internal and external balance.
